On bass, Clive Harrison with a wonderful and impressive track record, of performances in Australia and internationally. On drums Mark Voogd, a versatile, empathetic, and tasteful player who responds perfectly to his fellow musician.

On this night on vocals, we have Carl Pannuzzo, the inimitable frontman of premier blues band Checkerboard Lounge. A vocalist, songwriter, educator, and multi-instrumentalist, he plays piano, drums, guitar, bass, harmonica, accordion and ukulele. “When he sings – he invests himself in every line, his voice moving freely and almost unconsciously as it forms unusual shapes and textures… [a] vocalist who can swoop around the melody like a horn player.”– Jessica Nicholas, The Age.
