Food and Drink Bar
At Classic, we pride ourselves on our diverse Food and Drink Bar which offers a range of delicious traditional and alternative cinema snacks. We’ve taken care to curate a menu that is vegetarian and uses local suppliers wherever possible.
DRINK
Our boutique wines and craft beers are entirely Victorian and can be taken into the cinema or enjoyed in the foyer after your movie. In the warmer months we serve sangria and in winter we have mulled wine. We also offer ciders, Ginger Kid ginger beer, and a selection of classic cocktails.
If you’re heading into a morning session, we serve locally roasted Disciple Coffee and stock Teadrop tea. Soft drinks, Noah’s juices, and Hepburn Springs sparkling varieties are all on offer, and if you’re feeling tropical, treat yourself to a whole drinking coconut!
SAVOURY
For many it wouldn’t be a trip to the movies without a box of popcorn. Our popcorn is all natural and vegan-friendly, cooked in coconut oil and sea salt. Our boxes are also made from recycled materials.
If you’re after something more substantial, we offer cheese platters from St Kilda’s Milk the Cow and gourmet toasties. Share a bowl of warm edamame beans or hot potato chips with your cinema date, or savour some Mt Zero olives.
SWEET
For sweet tooths, we have a variety of handmade choc-tops, including a raspberry dark chocolate vegan option. Tried and tested favourites like M&Ms and Malteasers are available alongside lolly bags, Ratio Chocolate bars, and tempting baked treats.
PRE OR POST MOVIE DINING
For something more substantial for dining before or after your film, we highly recommend Copycat Bar & Restaurant, right next door to Classic at 9B Gordon Street.
