Meet German Cabrera, a man obsessed with recording the violent crime that pervades the streets of Guatemala City. His obsession places him in the line of fire in one of the most dangerous cities in the world and has earned him the name 'El Metido' - The Meddler. 

This film is a subjective portrait of an extraordinary character. Filmed over the course of three years, it tells the tale of a seemingly good Samaritan with the aesthetic and feel of Taxi Driver.
