Kate Kelsey Sugg Quartet

Kate K-S is a vocalist, pianist, saxophonist, songwriter, performer and producer. She has developed a unique and personal sound that draws on a wide range of influences including jazz, electronic, folk, pop, funk and soul music. Kate has lived the better part of the last decade in New York where she has been learning, performing, composing and recording. She has performed as side-woman on piano and voice with artists including Cyndi Lauper, Carly Simon, Keyon Harrold, Robert Glasper, Derrick Hodge, Christian Scott, Marquis Hill, Julia Michaels, Kesha, Macklemore, James Francies, Ray Angry, the Resistance Revival Chorus, Philip Glass and Ani Difranco.

A couple of Kate K-S's recent performance highlights include performing on piano and voice at the 60th Annual Grammy Awards at Madison Square Garden in New York and singing on the Blue Note Jazz Cruise in 2020.
