To say that Chantal Mitvalsky, is a stunning vocalist is an extreme understatement. Having successfully performed with many local groups including Cannonball and The Cat Empire, Chantal relocated to New York City in 2017 and quickly became a regular performer in the New York music scene.
Chantal has recently returned home and received rave reviews from the audience from the sell-out crowd at The Lido Jazz Room. This is Chantal’s first appearance with Bob at Southside and to add some sparks of interest Chantal will appear with a new rhythm section.
Jon Chidgey on bass who worked with the who’s who of Australian jazz musicians at The Stonington in the Gardens Jazz series and Gordon Pendleton on drums, a foundation member of Bob’s Blues On The Boil band recorded live by the ABC on recordings and National television. They will provide the perfect accompaniment for Chantal’s talented vocals. Book early not to miss out.
